Reiki Counseling & Training:

Reiki is a ancient healing art used to clear the Chakras(energy centers) and balance the energy field.  Reiki works on all levels, Mind, Body, and Spirit, and can be used to relieve stress, pain, and emotional distress and it's all guided by you!

Reiki Counseling at URban Energy includes:

•  Individual focus on goals

•  Facilitation of self discovery and self healing of issues

•  Recommendations and progress tracking

Reiki Level One
Level One teaches the basic skills to be a reiki practitioner.

We break down the history of Reiki and include information on its ancient roots in Kemet ( Egypt ), India , and Japan . You will learn indepth information on the Chakras and the hand positions for treating yourself and others. We also let you know what the law says about Reiki. You'll also get plenty of practice giving and receiving Reiki before we let you loose on the population. This training includes an attunement to level one Reiki.

Reiki Level Two
Level two builds on level two and include an attunement to the level two Reiki symbols: the power symbol, the emotional healing symbol, and the distant healing symbol, as well as Japanese Reiki techniques developed by Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki healing system.

When you are done with this, Mr. Miagi (remember he did Reiki on the dude, so he could fight…) won't have nothing on you! Again, we'll make sure you have plenty of practice before we let you loose on the population.

Each level includes a certificate by an authorized Reiki Master/Teacher.
